About Vincent

Vincent combines athletic therapy, strength and conditioning, and performance science to help athletes move better, perform at a higher level, and recover efficiently from injury. He holds a bachelor’s degree in athletic therapy from Concordia University, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Health and Exercise Science.

His professional background includes roles with the Laval Rocket, CF Montréal Academy, the Filons of Cégep de Thetford, and the Cavaliers of Champlain College Saint-Lambert, where he served as Head Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Vincent has worked with athletes across soccer, football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, mountain biking, and endurance sports, specializing in rehabilitation, return-to-play, and performance development. His areas of interest include biomechanics, Olympic weightlifting, speed and power development, post-operative rehabilitation, and evidence-based training.
